Leo Moore is a Partner and Head of William Fry’s Technology Group and co-lead of the firm’s Technology, Data & Comms sector. He advises domestic and global clients on technology, data protection, intellectual property, and emerging digital regulation.
Leo advises C-Suites, boards and business leaders on strategic projects: digital transformation, outsourcing, software development and licensing, AI, and EU digital regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, DSA, NIS2). He also has extensive experience in data protection and cyber security, advising leading domestic and international organisations across the Technology, Financial Services, Sport and Food & Beverage sectors. Leo counsels clients on complex IP strategies, protection, licensing and brand management and manages significant IP portfolios for major Irish and multinational companies.
Leo is a senior member of William Fry’s Inward Investment and US Market Group and serves as the firm’s Strategy Implementation Partner.
