Stephanus has over 20 years experience as a senior engineer, scaling high-performance tech organizations and delivering resilient, compliant platforms in e-commerce and gaming.
In his current role, Stephanus leads Rent the Runway’s global platform, infrastructure, observability, and delivery engineering teams.
Stephanus has also held leadership roles in ConstructFoundry, Electronic Arts (EA) and Hewlett-Packard
He holds a Masters in Information Technology from University of Galway and is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
