She has also held commercial roles with BT Group in the UK and with Rapid7 (NetFort).
Noeleen has extensive experience across international sales, client management and regional enterprise growth.
She specialises in guiding investment, supporting enterprise development and driving regional growth through strong client relationships, strategic stakeholder engagement and a collaborative approach that delivers measurable outcomes, innovation and continuous improvement.
