Judith Browne is Senior Director Global Human Resources Services. She leads a team of ~ 150 HR professionals globally who provide employee life cycle HR services to team members, from on-boarding, to offboarding, to vendor management, to site operations and benefits support, ensuring our team members experience Dell Technologies as a great place to work in every country in which we operate.

Judith is responsible for optimizing HR effectiveness and productivity through data-driven insights and analytics, that provides a customer centric and operational excellence culture. She is a strategic leader passionate in defining and implementing the strategy for global standardization and automation to help people and organizations achieve their full potential.

Judith has built a breadth of business acumen from roles that span multiple organizations including, HR Services, Global Operations, Marketing and Sales Operations over her 26 years at Dell Technologies. Before joining, Judith worked for Intel Corporation in Talent Acquisition and Procurement.

External to Dell Technologies, Judith has been awarded the Microsoft Women in Technology Award, in addition to the Irish Cancer Society Corporate Star award. She lives in Co. Clare and is based at the Dell Technologies Campus in Limerick
