Michelle Garrigan is a recognised cybersecurity leader with deep expertise in cyber threat intelligence, malware defence, network defence, and application monitoring. She leads the Cyber Threat Defense team in EMEA and serves as the Dublin site lead for Global Information Security, where she drives critical initiatives to protect global operations, strengthen cyber resilience, and advance enterprise-wide defence capabilities.
Michelle is an influential contributor to the international security community, shaping industry direction through panel engagements, strategic collaboration, and her role on the EMEA Threat Intelligence Community committee. She is known for combining technical depth with decisive leadership in building and scaling high-performing cyber defence teams.
Beyond her enterprise remit, Michelle plays a strategic role in Ireland’s cybersecurity landscape as a committee member of the Irish Information Security Forum. She is committed to developing the next generation of security leaders through mentoring, advisory involvement, and targeted outreach initiatives aimed at expanding the cybersecurity talent pipeline.
