Colm O’Callaghan is Director of Public Affairs and Advocacy in the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland. In this position he leads AmCham’s public affairs and communications teams, advocating on behalf of AmCham’s membership through stakeholder engagement and policy development.
Colm has worked across parliamentary, regulatory, and business roles with previous experience in the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg), the Houses of the Oireachtas (Irish Parliament) and the European Parliament.
